Transaction History is the inventory ledger view of receives, transfers, issues, adjustments, quality changes, freeze/thaw transitions, and production consumption. Every row records what happened, when, where, how much, and by whom. Use it when the question is about a physical movement or one exact ledger event.

Open a Production Order and select Inventory Trace to see one row for every committed Goods Receipt or Goods Issue linked to that run. This is a business-document view: a posting with several ledger legs still appears once. The row summarizes its items and quantities by UOM. Open its GR/GI number to inspect the exact item, internal lot, quantity, source, destination, reason, transaction identity, and ledger lines.
